  This applicaton allows users in the field to view assessment updates made by other users.

  This applicaton allows users in the field to post and receive real-time edits to our GIS servers.
• The following websites were created for the Miami, Monroe, and Morgan County Governments to link property tax information to the GIS. Users can search and view parcel information including property report cards, sketch information and supporting map data such as current roads and aerial photos.

• Data Extractor

  39°N has been developing a data extraction application built on Web 2.0 and ArcIMS / ArcGIS Server technology. This tool will automate data extraction and payment collection.

• Sign Application

  This is a simple ArcPad application to collect sign information such as condition and visibility. It also allows the user to select a street icon to automatically fill in the type and MUTCD.

• Septic Application

  
  - Field Mapping—Create, edit, and utilize GIS maps while in the field.
  - Asset Inventory—Create and maintain an inventory of asset locations and attribute information.
  - Asset Maintenance—Update asset location, condition, and schedule maintenance.
  - Inspections—Maintain digital records and locations of field assets for legal code compliance and ticketing.
  - Incident Reporting—Document the location and circumstances of incidents and events for further action or reporting.
  - GIS Analysis and Decision Making—Perform measuring, buffering, geoprocessing, and other GIS analysis while in the field.

• Outfall Application

  39°N has created an ArcPad application to create outfall location data. All fields from the Outfall Reconnaissance Inventory Field Sheet have been incorporated. Since many of the fields contain dropdown boxes and radio buttons, data entry is a breeze and eliminates errors.

  39°N and Next Wave Systems worked together to design a wireless mesh network for Y-12. 39°N was responsible for GIS and database design and modeling.
